Activity Clubs for Autumn Term 2024

Places are automatically reserved upon payment and your receipt acts as confirmation of your child's place. Making a booking for a club is a commitment for the term and we regret that we cannot offer refunds. Our Activity club providers have stated they will charge an administration fee if clubs are booked in error or you change your mind.
Similarly, we cannot offer discounts for late bookings unless the school re-offers sessions at a later date.
Children will be collected from their class by the Club leader. If they require special clothing they will get changed in their class before the club begins. We prefer the children not to have a snack before clubs unless necessary (eg. medical reasons) as it takes precious time away from learning.
Clubs do not run in the first week of term or last week of term.
Clubs will start the week beginning 9th September until week ending 13th December, running for approximately 12 weeks with a break for half term.
It is really important to us that all children have the opportunity to access enrichment beyond the classroom. We welcome families to talk to us if finances are a potential barrier in this area. Children who receive the Pupil Premium Grant are entitled to one free place on an activity club per school term. Pupils with EHCPs get priority booking to activity clubs and we access funding from the Local Authority to provide additional adult support for those children with SEND who might need it.
