In-Year Admissions and Transfers

Vacancies occasionally arise in year groups other than the standard September Reception intake due to families relocating. Please be advised that all mid-term admissions are coordinated by the Local Authority.

Application Procedure

The statutory application process is determined by your current borough of residence:

• Kingston Residents: Applicants residing within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames should submit a Kingston In-Year Application Form. Detailed guidance and digital forms can be found on the Achieving for Children website.

• Non-Kingston Residents: Applicants residing in other council areas must complete the In-Year Application Form issued by their respective Home Council. You may nominate this school as a preference; your Home Council will subsequently forward the application to the Kingston admissions team for processing.

Visiting Our School

To ensure minimal disruption to our students' learning, we have a specific policy regarding school visits:

• Individual Appointments: The school does not conduct private tours for prospective applicants outside of designated Open Days.

• Post-Offer Induction: Upon the formal offer and acceptance of a place, families will be contacted to arrange a private 1:1 tour with a member of the school leadership or staff. This allows for a personalised introduction to our school community prior to the child's start date.
