E-Safety talk by Peter Cowley,Lead Adviser for Online Services and Safety

We are delighted that Peter Cowley, the lead adviser for online services and safety, will be visiting Alexandra school on Wednesday 8th JanuaryPeter works with school staff and pupils, governors, frontline professionals, voluntary organisations, GPs and the police on developing approaches to staying safer online. He is also responsible for the smooth operation of the LGfL broadband contract, covering internet access and services in most Kingston and Richmond schools and libraries. Peter is a CEOP Ambassador (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre, a division of the National Crime Agency). No need to book, simply come to the school office for 2.30pm |
Peter will delivering workshops to our Y1-6 children, all staff and to parents. We would urge you to attend the parent workshop which is highly informative, supporting your children’s safe online use. The parent workshop will take place at school at 2.40pm. It will last for approximately 30 minutes, in time to collect your children after school.
